For Employers · Ages 0 to 5

The benefit that keeps parents working.

Parents rarely leave over pay. They leave because nobody helped them through their child's first five years.

The gap

Your leave policy ends. Parenthood doesn't.

Most family benefits stop at the delivery room. The hard questions come later, at month four, at eighteen months, at age three.

FAQ

What HR asks first.

How is this different from our EAP or telehealth?

Telehealth covers everything shallowly. NurtureWell does one thing deeply: child development from birth to age five, with content written by a pediatric expert. Parents use it weekly, not once a year.

Any claims or medical plan exposure?

None. It's a flat fee that sits beside your medical plan. When a family needs clinical care we route them into your existing network, usually earlier and at lower cost.

What does implementation take?

One announcement email and a line in your benefits portal. No eligibility file required to launch.

How is employee privacy handled?

Employers never see individual data. Reporting is aggregate and de-identified, with small groups suppressed.

Can we offer it globally?

The app is U.S. only today, with expansion underway. We'll be straight with you about where coverage is strong.
