For Consultants and Brokers · Ages 0 to 5
A family benefit you can defend in renewal.
One narrow, credible benefit: child development from birth to age five. Flat fee, no claims risk, real clinical authorship.

Why it earns a slot
Easy to explain. Easy to approve.
The pitch fits in one line. Supported parents stay, and children screened early cost the plan less.
No claims risk
Flat fee per employee. Nothing to model, nothing to explain in your trend story.
Real clinical authorship
Written by a pediatric expert with ten years in practice. There's a real name behind it.
Two week launch
No integration lift. You can place it mid year.
Any funding model
Self insured or fully insured, 200 lives to 20,000.
Reporting to present
Aggregate engagement numbers ready for the renewal deck.

The gap you already see
Every client's family benefit stops too early.
Fertility is covered. Maternity is covered. Then a parent returns with a four month old and five years ahead of them, and there's nothing in the stack.

Allie is a wealth of knowledge. Even as a mother of four she gave me tips I hadn't tried with my other kids. She cares deeply for the babies and for the mamas.
Diligence
The questions you'll ask.
How do you price?
Flat per eligible employee per month. No implementation fee, no minimum above 200 lives. We put pricing in writing before finalists so nothing shifts late.
What's the clinical substantiation?
Milestone frameworks and screening logic authored by a pediatric physical therapist with nearly ten years in infant and child development. We position as screening and education, not diagnosis or treatment, and we say so in every client conversation.
Does it overlap an incumbent vendor?
Rarely. Fertility and maternity platforms taper off after the newborn period. We start there and run to age five. Where there is real overlap we'll tell you.
How is data handled?
Employers and consultants see aggregate, de-identified reporting only, with small groups suppressed. We share our privacy and security summary during diligence.
Do you pay broker compensation?
We work under standard consulting and referral arrangements and disclose compensation to the client every time.
